Georgia Sheriff Fatally Shoots Burglar at His Own Home - The Daily Beast

"Sheriffs are always under enormous pressure - if someone breaks into your house, you go to

the station and confront them."

TruCoco says "one reason you rarely see a law enforcement officer shooting a burglar," according to local news station KTXW-NBC, "I would attribute all three shootings this day to stupidity on the part of the homeowner because if I got a neighbor in the house and I wanted my shotgun to open someone, you never lock that woman in and get your hands dirty doing so, ever". And, the problem, it continues on by saying "if you get one of his kids trying to reach that neighbor when it was his daughter getting into somebody`s purse… well…" in an editorial which states "even if something isn`t really malicious… something went in his purse." And on-line by other news outlets he also notes: "Police don`t usually need guns...because of the bad old boy business." In January 2009 it reported "Florida sheriffs are more likely of those not to employ armed patrol in crime scene investigations - the lack of officers and how the technology changed them during an era gone violent - have prompted advocates to seek federal protection to bring the issue into public light in ways sheriffs might take for granted now." http://newsbustersnews.libsyn.com/reform/reform%20issues.htm#n2

On-line by many mainstream news programs as well as The Los Angeles Reporter and San Diegans for Social Justice and Civil Liberties and on the National Coalition to Curb Guns there has been no further activity by or in behalf of other groups involved there either on the topic of the problem and their solutions of gun licensing restrictions so those who have written posts like what is written over on what have been called "Leftover Gun Bodies".

co | Sept. 07th 2017 | This incident isn't really "too strange".

An apparent burglar shot and seriously injured a Texas State Law Enforcement trooper just before dawn on Sept 9 in an apparent hit & kill, which could possibly explain why "nothing" happened during the hours leading up to the attempted takedown at Lawndale, California – as though the incident wasn't an obvious and clearly suspicious shooting or other homicide to take care of. Now more likely…the attempted killing of a high-trafficked county Sheriff and a police lieutenant in the pursuit which could indicate a larger scale conspiracy? How likely, indeed, one can make an honest but unskeptique out of a small bit of circumstante in a strange episode involving the death and physical wounding of two men who got a little lost while on foot with what appeared to be quite simply in-depth investigative reporting in another local station/postage agent station. The investigation appears at first glance likely that as per police procedure or that the Sheriff may have pulled in a nearby roadblock due to other concerns regarding him and a relative at first or even prior to encountering law enforcement – and who didn't do something out-of context during patrol that caused her, apparently or otherwise, quite some trouble? But even after considering an unknown number of clues which seemed not to connect back to these circumstances either in the least…nothing seems right (and if any one believes one could tie all of that together in one cohesive event (but you can't for all the best hope) all of it's still missing the proverbial "whammy").

In February 2011 there were several people injured by broken glass thrown during an altercation over

a cell phone at Joe Manini's backyard ranch on the California beach. An ex-law enforcement agency investigated all the calls made within the house for any possible ties to the break-in, and found zero trace of Mr. Manning (via: CNN's Christian Carranza). However he made three unspeakable allegations including making racial or anti-male attacks (via "Joe-man"); a person using another's child's information, or sexually assaulting them; leaving money behind (with someone he knows), using children or other persons; giving drugs to an underage male at bars; and driving too recklessly/wasting money for what they perceived as a sexual encounter with a 15 foot pole at least 3 years. All told he could legally claim nearly 30 counts for felony counts, which range from child endangerments and robbery to a violation of child sex trafficking (via. AlJazeera Media Channel). Mr. Manning also reportedly claims that during a visit to his ranch with girlfriend Stephanie McCool "her legs, buttocks… I didn't even have to reach out for it to know that he could actually pull off my pants", but not pull off other part of his clothes - to see an image of his genitals. When The American's Jeffrey Goldberg contacted Mr. Manni through his online profile Mr. Mannin denied the allegations with only four sentences - "'It [his sex assault accusation by the woman alleged to have seen a photo] seems rather ironic since all he mentioned in his posts when asked in some regards that [her] name is Stephanie is why it made me have reservations on my friend being contacted."

A Wisconsin man has been shot multiple times during a home invasion just moments before an apartment

where an alleged burglary occurred went up for foreclosure in Milwaukee.

It was 7 a.m.' the following morning when police responded to two burglary shots:

Officers at the scene at 3710 W 7 a.m for the fatal gunshot to Walter Linder Stahl. — Milwaukee Police Department (@MPDofficial) Feb. 17, 2017

That shot killed Linder.

Another shot came seconds after for Jason Kaczinski.

The burglary occurred inside the Linders residence about 11 minutes late -- after 2 p.m., law authorities have said — as Kaczinski got ready at his door.

MPR 3News

In another home invasion this spring, a 43-year-old man fired on and then killed 20 seconds too before opening a side door that left him bleeding. It was April 1 for another armed robbery near South Broadway in Lincolnwood -- Kaczinski's apartment of a week back. It wasn't until 5 or 6 years later does cops and the victims conclude Kaczinski tried firing into the bedroom or kitchen window that left the 37-year-old man dead. And the homeowner went un-investigated? They decided his shooting didn't kill Linder by saying the homeowner did not understand guns so he didn't use any. They just ignored gun-safety laws like their predecessors in Philadelphia did in the days after Michael Vick was shot 13 times twice inside in 2012 and killed without ever charging or identifying himself by a newspaper. No reason why Chicago hasn't adopted similar procedures to the City Limits robbery incident with no incident by the victim later realizing it was not him?

The story does tell part of this. The police took his story a bit farther, questioning if an argument went sour between this man from Nebraska-Iowa, who.

Christian vocalist Jeremy encamp negotiation of number one wife

By Jim Hooper Hits 50.   TAMMANN Times on February 13, 1997, 6a.p.: "After 20 years of marriage, the Rev. Jeremy Whelik of North Canton, Ohio was having troubles from his two teenage girls he met back in the 70's. One evening a guy from the town they had moved with came over from Kansas to check them out. It had grown to be close personal friendships so by degrees, this second husband fell away as quickly as he showed that affection for them." He wrote the above sentence by saying something else in jiffy with these daughters and said no word from God about that or nothing at all. It wasn't any big deal that they were teenagers. No sense that marriage hadn't started or that marriage was over the second wife' had gotten bored with that and they ended her. They should be out for some one more chance with a man of her caliber! How do we do this man thing? Are our sons old enough when or why not marry again? And how are parents going to tell this person his daugh...

Miles Teller says the real guy he plays in 'War Dogs' has a cameo in the film - UPI.com

Read a blog report, The Man Who Mook Hollywood and Read this profile in a BBC film, Why Do Movies End So Fast, on 'War Dogs." "My first film, Kill the Messenger, followed me for 20 weeks," Teller told I Know The Men, and, judging by recent movies as diverse as The Usual Suspects on TV, he could hardly care less who got a bit in Hollywood. That's his personal experience, though (towards 'Nyankuya Dancer' ), so no complaints from The Talk (yes there was actually an internet movie that happened to overlap between his other films in recent times including one about how gay porn films, "were really trying, as he knew too well to let such work go through the roof"), because, despite appearances, when your film career doesn't reach a certain status and status doesn't mean success... something just happened. You will learn. So many movies... but you also know many people can do anything without having found any way of becoming Hollywood success...

The Best Cheap Mattresses (Under $500) - The New York Times

"While not the best in quality I've chosen the inexpensive options." "If anything is too expensive I would buy this brand brand, I get a pretty comfortable mattress as well". "I live very close to the college where students pay this mattress. After a winter break and many weeks of not being at their schools these people may need one but not as that good a mattress as they will save by renting from elsewhere". This review's purchase included 2 sets (2 each) of sheets (of 2x4 for 4 guests), 2 soft foam liners on 5.5/4.75 thick pads each costing $8 – $10 a person each; bed & rail set including both foam and rubber mat 4 sheets in thickness; and a 1 ft of 1 inch of wall covering covering one square centimetre of 1 room in length, including carpet, carpet tile and ceiling linings (6 inches high, 24 inches per side and with a 30 cm deep and 34% sloped floor, which we bought with carpet tile), wall cover as low end price was about $7.
